Repair Sleeve for Steel Wire Conductor is suitable for repairing damaged conductor to resume electric & mechanical performance of the conductor. Repair sleeve is for ACSR conductor steel wire. The material of the repair sleeve is aluminium. The repair sleeve belongs to Splicing Fitting. The DC resistance of all splices must be less than that of the equi-length conductor, the temperature rise of all splices must be less than that of the splicing conductor. The slip strength of the compression sleeve must be not less than 95% of the rated strength of conductor.
